Can I cancel my enrolment in a professional training course and receive a refund?
You have the statutory period of 14 days from the date of payment in which to make your request for withdrawal. The refund will be made no later than 14 days after FUN has been informed of your decision to withdraw.
There is a form to fill in for your withdrawal request, which can be found in the appendix to your training contract. It should be sent to contactformapro@fun-mooc.fr.
Please note that this form only applies to professional training courses offered on the platform.

Please also note that any delay on your part does not constitute grounds for a refund of the registration fee. In addition, paid registration for the current session will not be carried over to the next session.
