Collection and processing of your data when you contact us

The information collected when you contact us using these forms or by email will be processed, with your consent, by France Université Numérique (FUN) in order to manage user accounts, register for certification tests, and follow up on contact/assistance requests received via these various channels.

The recipients of the data are FUN's departments, in particular the Technical Service and the Consulting & Projects Department (C&P). The data processed is stored within the European Union.

In accordance with the provisions of the General Regulation on Data Protection (RGPD), you have the right to access and rectify information concerning you. Your data will be kept for three years following the end of your last activity, and will in any event be deleted if you ask for it to be deleted. You can access your personal information by sending us a request via the form by selecting "Personal data".
