Finding and understanding my FUN dashboard

Your dashboard is where you can find all the MOOCs and courses you have registered for.

You can access it by clicking on the drop-down menu to the right of your name.


A new dashboard was introduced in 2024. It includes :

  • The list of your courses and training

  • The certificates and attestations you may have obtained on your courses (Note that badges are not available on the dashboard, you can find them within your courses. Also, attestations were documents issued before the implementation of badges, it is not in used anymore).

  • Your professional training contracts

  • The status of batch orders (applies to organisations only)

  • Access to your account preferences


Now, a search engine lets you search for courses and training within your dashboard. 
This makes it easier to navigate through the list of your courses.


Accessing your MOOC sessions

On this dashboard, you will find your MOOC sessions with their course reference and title.

If the session already started, the dates will be displayed on your dashboard (see When does my course start and end?).

You can access your course using the "Access the course" button.


Once the course is finished, you retain access to the session content.

Accessing your professional training courses

Once you signed your contract, the professional training courses that you purchase on FUN are available in the list, with a button for direct access to your sessions, on the same format as the MOOC sessions.


The "View details" button gives you access to the course sessions offered in the course and to the course syllabus, which can be accessed using the three dots in the top right-hand corner.

Please note that if several sessions of the same course are offered, you can choose the one that suits you, as you can only register for one active session at a time for the same course.


This is where you can access your contract, the training completion document and the contact details of the establishment with which you have signed the contract.


Access your certificates

Paid certificates of achievement

Your certificates of achievement for courses and vocational training are now available in a dedicated view with their date of issue. You can download them from the "My certificates" tab.


Free certificates

If you have obtained certificates of successful completion for previous courses, these are also available from the "My certificates" tab. This tab only appears if you have obtained certificates. (Badges remain available via the link in each course, but do not appear on your dashboard).


Access your training contracts

Once you have registered for a vocational training course, you will find all the training contracts you have signed in the "My training contracts" section.


Once the school has signed the document, it can be downloaded from your dashboard.


Track your quote requests (for organisations only)

The ‘My batch orders’ tab is for organisation representatives only.

This section allows you to track quote requests step by step until they are finalised and paid for.


Manage your FUN account

The "My preferences" entry allows you to find all your centralised profile information. 
Use the "Modify your profile" button at the bottom of the page to edit them.


If you have registered for a certificate or professional training course, you can also find your billing addresses and credit cards (if you chose to register them at the time of purchase).
