How to create an account on a FUN platform (FUN-MOOC, FUN Campus, FUN Corporate)?

Step 1: Access the registration form

• On FUN MOOC, click the Log In button or Log in to register directly from a course.

• Then click on Sign up for FUN Today!

• On FUN Corporate: click here

Step 2: Complete the form

Fill in the following information:

• Email address

  • Use a valid address: it will be used to activate your account and to receive information related to courses and training

• Username (nickname)

  • ⚠️ Cannot be changed once chosen

  • Must be unique and anonymous (do not use your real name)

    • Allowed: letters, numbers, hyphen (-), underscore (_)

    • Not allowed: spaces, special characters

      • Tip: combine letters and numbers to find a nickname still available (approx. 3.5 million registered already).

  • This nickname will appear in your contributions (forums, discussions)

• Password

  • Minimum 8 characters

  • Must contain:

    • at least one lowercase letter

    • at least one uppercase letter

    • a least one number

    • at least one special character among &#{([-_)]}=+,;.:/$*!

• Full name

  • This field will appear as is on your badges, certificates and micro-certifications (if the course or training offers them and if you achieve the required score)

  • It can be changed later in your account settings

Tick the terms of use and user charter and click on Create my FUN-MOOC account.

Step 3: Activate your account

An activation email will be sent to you.

Click on the link received to finalise the creation of your account.

At your first login, you will need to accept the Terms of Use. Click on I accept to access your dashboard.

Step 4: Modify your information if necessary

From your profile, under Account, you can update:

• your email address

• your full name

⚠️ The username remains unchanged.
