# I forgot my password or my password is not recognized

If you want to reset your FUN password (or want to change it), go to the FUN connection interface (https://www.fun-mooc.fr/) . Then click on “**Login**” and “**Forgot password?**” ("*Mot de passe oublié ?*" in French) :

Indicate the address linked to your fun-mooc account in the dedicated field (1), then click on the blue “**Reset my password**” button ("*Réinitialiser mon mot de passe*" in French) (2):

You will then receive an email to this address with a link allowing you to choose a new password. If you cannot find it in your inbox, **please check your junk/spam folder.**

A password must be at least 12 characters long and must mix numbers, lowercase letters, uppercase letters and special characters among `&#{([-_)]}=+,;.:/$*!` to be accepted.
