I have finished the MOOC and passed my final exam, but I still do not have my certificate. Why?

Certificates are generated in batches, not individually, so you will need to wait until the end of the exam period.

After this date, the teaching team and the exam department will take some time to verify that all exams have been passed. This can take from a few days to a few weeks. The length of time varies.

Once your certificate is ready, you will find it in the "Certificates" section of your dashboard, where you can download it directly. Typically, the teaching team will notify you by email once the certificates have been generated.
