The name on my certificate is incorrect. How can I change it?

As explained on the registration page, the "Full name" you enter is the one that appears on your certificate. You can change it in your "learner" dashboard BEFORE the certificate is generated.

If you don’t see any change when browsing the catalog, logging out and then back into the platform should display your updated first and last name.

Once the certificate has been issued, any changes made in your dashboard will only apply to future certificates.
