# Why do I need to sign a training contract?

In accordance with article L6353-3 of the French Labour Code (available [**here**](https://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/codes/article_lc/LEGIARTI000021342990/)), vocational training is governed by a legal framework in which a contract between the learner and the establishment must be signed.
